Jammu: At least two Army men were Saturday killed while another sustained injuries in an accidental blast at a firing range in Khour sector of Akhnoor in Jammu division.
Army spokesman from Jammu told KNO that two soldiers identified as Surjeet Singh of Army’s 10 Gadwal, Lance Naik Suraj Singh Bhakuni of Army’s 8 Kumaon were killed in an accidental blast while another identified as Naik Sandeep Kumar Singh of Army’s 8 Raj Rifle was injured in the incident.
The incident occurred at firing range in Samwan Chaprial area in Akhnoor sector of Jammu region. He said that the injured has been shifted to hospital for treatment.(KNO)
