Srinagar: Moulana Azad National University Union (MANUU) students staged the protest march in solidarity with Kashmiri students. The student Union condemned the crackdown of security forces on Pulwama College in Kashmir on last weekend.
The protest march started at Union office and ended at University main gate in Hyderabad.
President and secretary of student Union addressed the students. President MSU said that the silence of people of India is responsible for the situation in Kashmir. While speaking about the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, he said that Chief Minister back stabbed the Kashmiri people.
“Turning educational institutes into war zones is the new low for the face of democracy,” he said.
While talking about the recent incident of army using a young man as human shield he said the practice is not new in Kashmir.
Secretary of the union while addressing the march said that “sponsored violence” is forcing Kashmiri people to pelt stones and nobody do it for fun. “We stand in solidarity with the students of Kashmir,” he said.
