Suspense Over Govt Formation Continues

The stalemate over the government formation continues in Jammu and Kashmir with the PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti returning Srinagar with no major announcement over the breakthrough in sight.
Sources said that the PDP chief is apparently more concerned over the strengthening of her party at the grassroots across the state rather than the government formation.
Sources said that Mehbooba after returning from New Delhi has left for Doda to hold a party convention in the area and launch the membership drive in the district.
Earlier, the speculations were ripe that
????????????????????????????????????
????????????????????????????????????
the government would be formed once the PDP chief returns from New Delhi but what has surprised many in the state is that even after her return, Mehbooba hasn’t even muttered a single word over the formation of the government. She has instead insisted upon holding the party convention at Doda. Sources said that Mehbooba is adamant to strengthen the party at the grass roots in the state that according to her is need of the hour.
Sources said that Mehbooba is in the constant touch with the PDP workers and is holding repeated deliberations with the party cadre.
There were earlier reports that after the Budget session in the parliament which is ending on March 16, serious breakthrough in the government formation could be take place and that it is among the possibilities that the state would see the BJP-PDP government once again that too in this month.
Moreover, the union Urban and Housing Minister, Vainkiah Naidu has given ahead for the smart cities project for Jammu and Srinagar and same shall be announced in near future. (Agencies)
