BJP general secretary Ram Madhav said that they want the continuation of governor’s rule for maintenance of peace and development in the Jammu and Kashmir state.

Earlier, former CM of National Conference Omer Abdullah had tweeted and asked Ram Madhav whether his party is in touch with rebel group of PDP ML’A and wanted to form the government in the state.

Omer tweeted, “Contrary to Ram Madhav’s assertions, the state unit of the BJP confesses to being party to the efforts to break the PDP. Power at any cost would seem to be the guiding philosophy.”

BJP Kashmir incharge Madhav however, replied and said: “Not true. I will certainly check with the state unit and ensure that BJP keeps itself scrupulously out of whatever is happening in other parties in the Valley.”

Since last month Jammu and Kashmir is under governor’s rule as BJP pulled out of PDP. He asserted that New Delhi is happy with the rule of governor which ensures its peace and development.
