Remember Orphans, Widows And The Victims Of Violence During The Holy Ramadan: Shah Faesal

Srinagar: President Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Movement, Dr Shah Faesal has congratulated people especially Muslim Ummah on the advent of the auspicious month of Ramadan going to commence tomorrow, on May 8.

In his greeting’s message, Shah Faesal has prayed that “this auspicious month may prove to be the harbinger of peace and prosperity for our blood soaked and turmoil hit state”. He said Ramadan-e-Kareem, this merciful month provides us with a chance to seek forgiveness from Allah. Also, adding that the month long fasts and special prayers purify our souls against all sins.

He has appealed the people especially the philanthropists to contribute in a big chunk, and to be helpful in promoting the welfare of orphans, widows, destitute and the poorest of the poor sections in  the society.

Shah Faesal has also asked people of the state, to especially remember the victims of the prevailing unrest so that they need not feel neglected by their own people.

“We have to be with them to convey our commitment, solidarity and compassion,” Shah Faesal asserted. (KNS)
