Govt Mulls Separate Education Administrative Service In J&K

Authorities in Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir have constituted a high-level committee to recommend a proposal for separate education administrative services.

In an official communiqué available with the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), Principal Secretary to the government, the School Education Department has ordered a constitution of the committee and has been asked to submit a report about separate education administrative service in UT of J&K within two weeks.

The official communiqué says that a comprehensive proposal for the establishment of a separate education shall be submitted within a period of two weeks only.

The officers who are part of the committee include Muhammad Younis Malik (DESK), Reyaz Ahmad Shah (Director Finance, School Education department), Naseer Wani (Additional Secretary to the government, School Education department), Madan Gopal Sharma (Joint director (planning), School Education department) Hem Raj Pakhroo (Joint director (Adm), Directorate of School Education Jammu), Sanjay Ji Bhat (Personal officer, Directorate of School Education Jammu).

The committee has been directed to submit their report within two weeks—(KNO)
