Dissolution Of Assembly: Will Go To People’s Court: Mehbooba

Srinagar: Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and former chief minister, Mehbooba Mufti on Monday said that the party will not go to the court over the Dissolution of State Legislative Assembly.

According to KNO correspondent, PDP chief in a tweet said that PDP, NC, Congress had come together to safeguard the interests of State, saying that the suggestion were put forth by some well-wishers to go to court over dissolution of State assembly, saying that the party will go for the new elections, which according to her is superior to any other forum.

“Some sincere suggestions from well wishers for me to go to court against Governor’s dissolution of assembly.

PDP, NC, INC had come together to safeguard state interests. It is my considered opinion that we must go to people’s court which is superior to any other forum,” Mehbooba tweeted.(KNO)
