Srinagar: Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) chief Mehmood Shah on Thursday said that BJP “may orchestrate an attack on Amarnath pilgrims for political benefits, thus blaming the freedom fighters for their own wrongdoings”.
LeT spokesperson Dr. Abdullah Ghaznavi in a statement issued to GNS quoted Shah as saying that “the false propaganda and lies being propagated by Indian government particularly in the recent days clearly points towards a sinister conspiracy to blame the freedom fighters for India’s very own heinous crimes against humanity”.
“The martyrdom of Shujaat Bukhari was also a part of this conspiracy so as to dismiss the puppet government of Mehbooba Mufti,” LeT chief said. (GNS)
