Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister and Peoples Democratic Party president Mehbooba Mufti refuted all rumours regarding the PDP-INC possible alliance, maintaining that there are no such possibilities.
Taking to a social networking site-Twitter Mehbooba wrote: “Tickled at media hearsays about a possible PDP-INC alliance to form the government in J&K. Conjecture also includes an impending meeting between Sonia Ji & I. This is utter fabrication & yet another unfortunate example of #FakeNews!”
“Absolutely, with people it often happens, that when anything pass on crumpled they start their own fabrications and rumors about things, but this is utter fabrication and yet another unfortunate example of Fake News,” she said.
Earlier, senior Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad has also ruled out that the party will form a government with the PDP in Jammu and Kashmir after rumours spread across the social media of Mehbooba Meeting Congress leaders for possible alliance in state. The state is under governor rule since last month after BJP pulled out from PDP terming to continue its alliance with PDP untenable.
