Shutdown Call Witness Feeble Response

The shutdown call given by the separatists evoked a feeble response across valley with transport normally plying on roads in summer capital Srinagar. The shops are also open while the businesses and schools remain functional. The separatists had called for complete shutdown today against the killing of three militants in South Kashmir in an encounter with security forces.
