Protests took place across several areas in north and south Kashmir today against the civilian killings and nocturnal raids.
Reports said that protests took place Kulgam, Srigufwara, Bijbehera and some other areas of south Kashmir.
In north Kashmir the protests occurred in Bandipora district.
Eyewitnesses said that forces intercepted a protest rally near Madar village which was heading towards Bandipora town from Arin and Sumlar areas of the district.
However, the protests according to police were peaceful.
