PM Speaks to Afghan Prez; condoles Damage caused by Quake

New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today spoke to Afghan President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani and offered all possible assistance on India's part towards rehabilitation of the quake victims.
Prime Minister offered India's assistance to Afghanistan and expressed concerns after a powerful earthquake jolted the region this afternoon.
The Prime Minister expressed India's readiness for assistance wherever required, including Pakistan and asked for an urgent assessment of the damage caused due to the quake.
