The Bijbhera town of South Kashmir witnessed a complete shutdown on second day today over the killing of three local militants on Monday. All the shops remain shut and the traffic is off the road.

However, to thwart any possible law and order problem and pro freedom protests, authorities have deployed huge number of forces across the town barring people to assemble. The protesters on Tuesday here hoisted the Pakistani flag on an ancestral house of Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed.
