Jammu: Lt. Gen D.S. Hooda, Army Commander, Northern Command, called on Governor N.N. Vohra, here at the Raj Bhavan today.
The Governor and the Army Commander discussed various matters relating to border management along the IB, LoC, and LAC and counter terrorism operations in the hinterland.
