Sameeh Iqbal, a 26-year old youth from Srinagar died in a tragic accident in Singapore on April 12.
Son of a prominent poet Iqbal Faheem, he was in Singapore and had gone out to buy some grocery when hit by a speedy taxi. He was declared brought dead in hospital. Sameeh had done his M Tech and was staying with his brother in Singapore.
His body was brought here and buried in Rajouri Kadal. A pall of gloom descended on the locality. Family sources said his Rasme Chaharum will be observed tomorrow (April 17) at his residence in Usmanabad Rawalpora. (Agencies)
