Srinagar: J&K Football Association met under the Chairmanship of Shri Fayaz Ahmad Sofi, District President, DFA Srinagar to console the sad demise of Shabir Ahmad dar, Mehjoor Nagar, Natipora popular football player of Kashmir today.
In a press statement , the association said Shabir, played for J&K State Road Transport Corporation football Team for over last 7-8 years. He assisted the SRTC team in various All India football Tournaments for number of years. During his tenure in J&K Police before joining SRTC, he assisted that Team in All India Police Football Tournament.
The Association prayed to Almighty Allah for his eternal rest in Janat-ul-Firdous and courage to the bereaved family.
