Srinagar: The Handicrafts department has transferred 29 Assistant Training Officers second time in the last three years, which the aggrieved employees claim, is against service norms.
A group of employees told KNS that such transfers are "injustice" with them.
"We don't understand why our higher ups are only transferring us. Normally, employees should not be transferred from his place of posting for atleast two years. Few employees who have influence in the higher offices have not been transferred from the last 25 years," the employees told KNS.
"These transfers are simple injustice with us. 29 of us have been transferred twice in the last three years," they said.
Repeated attempts to reach Director Handicrafts Gazanfar Ali for his comments failed as his phone was out of reach. (KNS)
