Governor N. N. Vohra, has greeted the people on the auspicious occasion of Nauroz.
In his message of felicitations, the Governor observed that this festival has high cultural and religious significance. Noting that this important day is also observed as World Arbour Day and appealed that one and all should join hands in planting the maximum number of trees for preserving our rapidly deteriorating environment.
The Governor hoped that this auspicious day would be the harbinger of peace, progress and prosperity in the State. (Agencies)
