Jammu: BJP MLC Surinder Ambardar Today appealed to youth of Kashmir to give peace a chance as violence only brings destruction and bloodshed .
BJP MLC while speaking to reporters said that violence not only brings with it the pain and agony of Losing the Loved ones but it also is attributed as one of the key factors in losing the opportunities, Losing quality education and above all Losing the youthful years of one’s prime Youth.
“Basic DNA of aboriginal Kashmiris have always been the DNA of Peace and Love that was the reason Mahatma Gandhi had said during the Partition of India and Pakistan that the only ray of Hope which he can see of communal Harmony is from Kashmir.
“When there were dark clouds of strife, father of nation had “a ray of hope” in Kashmir despite communal frenzy elsewhere in the sub-continent”. Ambardar added
“Security Forces in Kashmir are doing their duty of ensuring that Pakistan sponsored terrorism and Terrorists who infiltrate onto our land to spread mass destruction are not allowed to harm the citizens of our state and country at large and there have been so many martyrs who have sacrificed their lives during last 27 years so that we Live a peaceful life, he said.
“I appeal to my Kashmiri Brethren that when security forces are conducting the operation of flushing out the terrorists who only want to kill, Then there should be no disruptions done at that particular site of operation” He said .
”Stone pelting, flag waving, and school burning brings a bad name for the image of Kashmiris all over the globe and it doesn’t not enhance or further any cause.”Ambardar added
“As far as the safety of our own Kashmiri students who are studying outside Kashmir is concerned Home Minster Raj Nath Singh has said that they are our own children and their safety is our top priority. Home Ministry have already passed on the instructions to all the chief Ministers where our own Students are studying to ensure their safety”.
He said and further added, “I am of the firm belief that our students wherever they are studying will excel and bring laurels to our state and make our country proud all over the globe.”
