Kangan: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) Mobile subscribers here in Gund tehsil of Ganderbal district are up in arms against the company for its continuous interrupted services.

A delegation of the BSNL subscribers told that they are now fed up with the poor services of the BSNL.

Though Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) is the first cellular service provider in J&K and is having largest customer base across the state, yet the largest telecom company of the country has failed to come up to the expectations of its subscribers here.

The BSNL subscribers here in Gund tehsil areas have almost taken the SIM Cards of other companies due to frequent interrupted services.” , a BSNL subscriber said.

Bsnl subscribers of area said that the concerned authorities are allegedly failing to provide the un-interrupted services in the area. 

"There is no BSNL network since four days now , adding that they often witness this kind of problem " they said.

With subscribers getting no respite from the poor services, they have now started switching over to other cellular companies.

Another customer said that the BSNL network often remains suspended for days due to which they face immense inconvenience.

However official sources said that the network is off due to a cut in fibre cable in the area.
