Srinagar: Chief Minister, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, has expressed grief over the death of one person and injury to several others in fresh spate of firing from across the border in forward areas along the IB, in Samba sector.
In a message, Mufti Sayeed hoped that the agreement reached between the two neighbouring countries for maintaining peace on IB and LoC will be respected.
The Chief Minister conveyed his sympathies to the bereaved family and prayed for peace to the departed soul. He also prayed for speedy recovery to those injured in the firing. (KNS)
