I am also going through the same issue and falling again and again but I am trying to fight against it. Guys its common to all you should not feel helpless or shameless in front of society, only need to work a little bit harder, one day the same society will put hands up for applause.
Depression among students is factual. Students suffer from many worries say from pressure of final exams to money worries, exhaustion, loneliness, and course work. By not fighting against such stuffs they really put themselves in the depth of well. And leaving education is certainly not solution for this problem.
Especially after graduation or at choosing any professional course students feel helpless because of money issues, worrying about failure, family pressure etc etc which lead them back in a room of negatives. Even on focusing on one direction they can’t handle it properly. One in four students suffers depression according to report and many are unaware of the problem. Symptoms are not always as obvious hence many don’t realize they are affected. Feeling lost, tired, losing interest in all activities, unable to enjoy moments, finding hard to make decisions, avoiding people, losing self confidence, sleeplessness are some of depression cloaks.
Do not feel lonely; the entire universe is inside you. —– Rumi.
Choosing a career under pressure in which you are not interested leads to disaster of mind hence losing all confidence. I think a part of society here plays a botch role sometimes by taunts, jealousy or by other reasons. Parents also should be understandable and should always put their hands forward to help their children in their ambitions. Some students with unrealistic goals are vulnerable for others because they always come with the thought of negatives. But life is all about botch and triumph accept positive thoughts and throw negative thoughts in the bin.
If you want to fly, give up everything that weighs you down.
Only you are responsible for you. It’s ok to be helpful, but don’t feel the need to do all things for all people, it puts too much burden on yourself and you can slip towards darkness. Always try to put positive thoughts in mind, be kind to yourself, lose the guilt, encourage yourself, don’t bully yourself, halt negatives, etc etc.
Almost everyone had passed through such situations like afraid about events that might happen in future, worried about outcome, worried about failure but that doesn’t mean we should shook our hands back. Every person dream about many things but when the time reaches they pull their selves back by saying ‘not my cup of tea’.
What you seek is seeking you. —– Rumi.
In the invention of light bulb Thomas Alva Edison failed approximately 10,000 times but his dedication and positivity added him in the list of great scientists. Nothing is impossible you just need to work hard hard and hard and should concentrate yourself on future plans with all dedication.
Some people achieve their goals and some people never manage to reach what they want. You know why? It’s because people who achieve their goals know what they want and don’t know what helplessness means, don’t play chiding game, never give up etc etc and the other group of people goes vice versa. I am also going through the same issue and falling again and again but I am trying to fight against it. Guys its common to all you should not feel helpless or shameless in front of society, only need to work a little bit harder, one day the same society will put hands up for applause.
You are not a drop in the ocean. You are the entire ocean, in a drop. ——- Rumi.
