Mir greets Sonia, Rahul, Nitish, Lalu for victory

Srinagar: Describing the victory of Mahagatbandh in Bihar as the verdict against wrong and mircommunal policies of BJP, state Congress chief G.A. Mir has said that Bihar has responded to communal agenda of BJP and its allies with ballot and sends a strong message to those communalizing the situation for their vested interests.

In a statement issued to KNS, Mir greeted the leaders of Mahagatbandhan Sonia, Rahul and Nitish and Lalu for the victory and also thanked the people of Bihar for displaying their faith in Mahagatbandhan.

He said that people of Bihar have given a befitting reply to the forces inimical to communal harmony and Secularism. The verdict is open message to Narinder Modi and his team that there is no room for intolerance and communal frenzy in a country known for its secular character since decades.

The outcome of results of Bihar elections will work as a message of Secularism, Communal Harmony and Togetherness in the Country of which Congress Party has put the foundation 130 years ago.

Praising people of Bihar for reposing their faith in Mahagatbandan, PCC Chief termed them visionary with unshakable faith in Secular and togetherness. (KNS)
