The government Saturday said that the two girls who were detained at the Indira Gandi International Airport in New Delhi by Delhi police have “been let off”.
According to KNS correspondent, government spokesman and Minister for Education Naeem Akhtar informed the Lower House today that the two girls have been questioned by the police over some “suspicion”.
He said that they were later let off.
Four girls from Kashmir were detained by Delhi police on Friday morning and two of them were later released and two detained when police found “Bomb” label on one of the luggage of the girls.
The issue was raised by Independent MLA from Langate Abdul Rasheed in the House. (KNS)
